Best In Show: Kimberly-Clark

The last post coupled with some reflection on a webinar I attended yesterday ("That’s Your Pitch?  How to Raise Your Social Recruiting Game By Acting Less Like ACME and More Like Apple" put on by Fistful of Talent) got me thinking about all the ways my organization tackles talent identification, acquisition, etc. - the good, the bad, the ugly, the things I'd rather not acknowledge in a public setting, and the things we do more awesome than anyone I know.

Then, acting like a kid who is supposed to be paying attention but might have just heard rumors of cake. I shifted focus and started thinking about what other organizations might be doing. Am I the only one that does this? This being checking out what other companies, organizations, universities, places that people work are doing in terms of their HR web presence, collaterals, HR brand identity, and the like. This string of logic reminded of the video below, which is about as awesome as awesome gets. Seriously, how could you watch this recruitment pitch and not at least want to explore what kind of opportunities Kimberly-Clark has to offer?

Know of any other amazing examples like the above? I'd love to give them a look, maybe a shout out and all that - shoot me a note and let me know.
